We are actively hiring Assistant Managers / Managers for our Risk Advisory & Assurance team to work with top-tier clients and challenging engagements.

💼 Role: Assistant Manager / Manager

🎯 Eligibility: Qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs)

💰 Salary: ₹10–15 LPA  for CA’s(no bar for the right candidate)

📍 Location: Chennai, Egmore

Roles & Responsibilities

Executing & Managing engagements across various sectors – manufacturing, healthcare, Financial Services, IT & ITeS, Start-ups – including listed and unlisted entities

• Internal Audits
• Preparation and Review of SOP’s/process narratives and RCMs
• Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR)
• Management Audits and Process streamlining with special focus on cost reduction and revenue leakages
• Preparation and Review of Enterprise Risk management (ERM) framework
• Testing of controls under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)

Requirements

• CA with 0 - 3 years experience
• Reasonable fundamentals in controls/process and accounting
• Understanding of ERPs
• Flair for travel to client locations including outstation locations
• Exposure to Risk Advisory & Assurance during articleship/ post-qualification
• Good drafting and presentation skills
• Team management skills
• Ability to do multi-tasking
