The Role

We are looking for a brilliant and highly analytical Data Scientist to join our core engineering team. You will not just be crunching numbers; you will be the brain behind our data strategy, building predictive models, and deploying machine learning algorithms that directly impact our business and clients. We are looking for the absolute best—someone who takes ownership, thinks critically, and writes production-ready code.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Architect & Innovate: Design, build, and deploy robust Machine Learning and Deep Learning models to solve high-stakes business problems.

Data Wrangling & Analysis: Dive deep into massive structured and unstructured datasets to extract actionable insights and hidden patterns.

Advanced-Data Modeling: Utilize predictive modeling, NLP, and computer vision techniques to build scalable data products.

End-to-End Execution: Take models from the research/experimentation phase (Jupyter notebooks) directly into production environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to seamlessly integrate AI/ML features into our core applications.

Continuous Optimization: Monitor model performance in real-time, A/B test algorithms, and continuously fine-tune them for maximum accuracy and efficiency.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.

Programming Mastery: Exceptional coding skills in Python (and its core data libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn). SQL fluency is a must.

ML/AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with modern frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Cloud & Big Data: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and model deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) is a huge plus.

Problem-Solving DNA: A relentless curiosity and a first-principles approach to solving complex, ambiguous problems.

Communication: The ability to translate complex mathematical concepts into simple, business-friendly narratives.
