?? We're Hiring: Data Operations Analyst! ?? Eastvantage is looking for a Data Operations Analyst to support the core Product Ops team in delivering on SLAs for Assisted API products. While this is not a client-facing role, it directly impacts the end user and enhances the experience of developers integrated with us. ?? Location: Bengaluru, India ? Work Mode: Work From Office ?? Role: Data Operations Analyst What You'll Do The desired candidate?s day-to-day responsibilities will include: ? Review and format large volumes of structured data (Excel, CSV, JSON, etc.) according to established specifications or templates. ? Execute automated scripts and tools used in the data processing pipeline. ? Conduct thorough quality checks of outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards. ? Support the transition and optimization of data formatting processes. ? Follow repeatable processes consistently while managing multiple priorities within tight timelines (most processes have a 24-hour SLA). ? Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot ambiguous situations and resolve complex problems. ? Contribute ideas for process improvement, automation, and standardization. What We're Looking For The desired candidate should have the below experience: Proven experience handling structured data (Excel, CSV, JSON, etc.). Familiarity with data formatting and transformation tools (Excel, SQL, Python scripts, etc.). Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks end-to-end. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and triage tasks effectively. Ability to work efficiently under tight SLAs and deadlines. Comfortable handling ambiguity and resolving operational challenges. Prior experience with scripting or automation tools is a plus. Knowledge of HR and payroll concepts is an advantage.
