JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to join our Logistics team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in data entry, with hands-on knowledge of Tally, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel. The role involves maintaining accurate records, timely data entry, and ensuring data integrity to support smooth business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform accurate and timely data entry in Tally, the company's ERP system, and Excel-based records.
• Record and maintain invoices, vouchers, purchase entries, sales entries, receipts, and payment transactions.
• Update shipment, dispatch, billing, and operational records in the ERP.
• Verify data for accuracy before processing and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Accounts, and Dispatch teams to ensure complete and correct documentation.
• Maintain digital records and ensure proper filing of documents.
• Generate reports from Tally, ERP, and Excel as required by management.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
• Perform other administrative and data management tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Entry, preferably in the Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain industry.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/TallyPrime and ERP software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, data validation, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and report preparation.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
