Role Description

The Data Entry Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves accurately entering and updating information into databases, maintaining records, and ensuring data integrity. Responsibilities also include supporting administrative tasks, assisting in maintaining organized files, handling correspondence, and delivering quality customer service as part of the operations team. Timely communication and adherence to organizational processes will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and strong organizational skills
• Computer Literacy and familiarity with standard office software
• Strong Typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to an on-site work environment
• Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management are advantageous
