We are looking for a Data Engineer who will help strengthen and scale our data infrastructure. This role focuses on building reliable data pipelines, structuring databases across multiple sources, and enabling advanced analytics and machine learning use cases that power better decision-making across the company.

The Job

• Structure and optimize database schemas across multiple data sources.
• Build and maintain reliable ETL pipelines and manage the analytics data warehouse.
• Integrate data from external sources (e.g., ad platforms and third-party tools) to improve data quality and governance.
• Work closely with the data and engineering teams to support ML-driven data products and segmentation-based insights.
• Ensure data systems support both operational (OLTP) and analytical (OLAP) workloads effectively.
• Maintain and improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of the existing data infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience building data pipelines, ETL workflows, or working with databases.
• Strong experience with Python and FastAPI (or similar backend frameworks such as Go or Node.js).
• Excellent knowledge of SQL, including DDL, DML, and database design principles.
• Understanding of OLTP and OLAP systems and how they support different workloads.
• Experience working with Postgres and ClickHouse is preferred.
• Familiarity with LLMs or modern AI/ML concepts is a plus.
• Passionate about how data works and how it can drive better business decisions.
