As a Data Analyst II at ICON, you will analyse complex datasets to support decision-making and enhance clinical operations and research processes.

What You Will Do

Your role will involve delivering clinical data analysis work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Conducting thorough data analysis to support clinical trial design and execution.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and optimization within clinical research.
• Interpreting complex datasets to derive insights and inform strategic decision-making.
• Assisting in the development of data visualization and reporting tools to effectively communicate findings.
• Establishing partnerships with stakeholders to leverage data analytics and improve research outcomes.
  
  

Your Profile

You will bring relevant clinical data analysis experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, or mathematics.
• Experience in data analysis, preferably in the clinical research or healthcare sector.
• Proficient in statistical software and programming languages, such as R, Python, or SQL.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
