Job Description
The purpose of this position is to manage the collection, analysis and interpretation of energy consumption data for Americas/Asia Pacific Region identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings and carbon footprint reductions and ultimately provide accurate and complete data for these regions for regulatory reporting. This position reports to the Global GRFS Program Management (PMO) organization.
This position is responsible for the complete and accurate collection and validation of energy consumption data (eg. Electricity, natural gas, refrigerant, CO2, diesel, waste, water etc.) for all sites in the region. The Energy Data Analyst will be developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting energy performance to plant management.
In close collaboration with local plant and distribution center managers, site Facilities and the global Sustainability Organization, the position holder will be interpreting trends & anomalies and will be supporting the implementation and tracking of energy efficiency projects

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Manage the collection and validation of energy consumption data from regional facilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor regional energy performance and trends
- Collaborate with facility managers, plant and distribution center managers, sustainability teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment providing justifications for energy trending
- Support the implementation and tracking of energy efficiency projects in the Region
- Assist in preparing reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory compliance
- Stay current with energy market trends, technologies and regulatory changes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Communication skills in an additional regional language is a plus
- Ability to effectively analyze, interpret and present energy consumption data and trending. Knowledge of regional energy regulations is a plus
- Ability to comprehend & analyze complex utilities consumption documents in various languages and multiple data sources. Advanced analytical and quantitative skills required
- An understanding of energy/utilities reporting, in a corporate environment, industrial processes and energy management is a plus.
- Ability to manage complex data collection and interpretation of data, meeting deadlines, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and track progress toward short- and long-term deliverables
- Degree in Data Analytics, Accounting, Engineering, Environmental, or Sustainability
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in data analysis, sustainability, or facilities management
- Familiarity with energy management systems (EMS), building automation systems (BAS) or utility data platforms
- Experience building relationships and working with industry stakeholders, such as utilities, regional power planning agencies, renewable project developers, project investors, and renewable OEMs
