Data Analyst (FRESH GRADUATE ONLY)

Qualifications

• Must be a degree holder
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
• Amenable to shifting schedules and hybrid work setup

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis, validation, and interpretation
• Analyze financial datasets including stocks, revenues, funds, and vesting data
• Use Microsoft Excel extensively (VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, formulas, data validation)
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and completeness
• Handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines effectively
• Proactively identify and resolve data issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Communicate findings clearly through written and verbal updates
• Willing to work extended hours during peak periods, including weekends and holidays

9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
