- Recommend and maintain training materials and FAQs to address frequent user concerns
- Support the creation and updating of resources to enhance the user experience
- Experience in service desk or technical support roles
- Knowledge of Python for debugging and automation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage incidents and collaborate across teams
