Founded by Kat Eastham, we specialize in retail strategy, buyer relationships, trade planning, and category management at retailers like Whole Foods Market. We're a small, fast-moving team building something special, and we bring a genuine passion for the brands and products we represent.

Role Description

We're bringing our data analysis in-house and looking for a part-time data analyst who genuinely loves CPG and wants to grow with us. This is a contract to hire role with a clear path to full-time as Bright Path scales. You'll have real ownership over how reporting evolves here and direct impact on our brand partners' success.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Pulling and analyzing weekly sales data from the Whole Foods supplier portal
• Building client-facing dashboards and weekly performance reports
• Flagging trends, issues, and opportunities across our brand portfolio
• Supporting trade planning, forecasting, and pricing and promo analysis
• Contributing to presentations for client reviews and Whole Foods category meetings
• Jumping on ad-hoc analysis and special projects as priorities shift

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for CPG, natural products, and emerging brands
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with retail sales data
• Familiarity with syndicated data sources like Nielsen or IRI is a plus
• Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical partners
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred

Compensation: $1,500 to $2,250 monthly, depending on experience. Part-time, roughly 10 to 15 hours per week. Remote, Austin-based preferred.
