Data Analyst -Operations Manager

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: 4–8 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager – Analytics to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. The role will support logistics operations across First Mile, Linehaul, and Last Mile by leveraging analytics to optimize fleet utilization, improve transit performance, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large operational datasets to generate actionable insights for improving logistics performance.
Support capacity planning, manpower forecasting, and network optimization.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Build scalable data solutions using Python, SQL, and Azure Databricks/Synapse.
Define and track operational KPIs to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Work closely with regional and central teams to solve operational challenges using analytics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
Strong skills in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Azure analytics tools.
Ability to translate complex data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
