About the Role We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect ? Cybersecurity to design, implement, and lead secure technology solutions across enterprise and cloud environments. This role combines deep technical expertise in security architecture with a strong understanding of business and compliance objectives , ensuring that every solution is built with security, scalability, and governance in mind. Key Responsibilities ?? Security Architecture & Solution Design Design and implement end-to-end cybersecurity architecture across enterprise, application, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Develop security blueprints, design patterns , and architecture documentation aligned with business goals. Integrate security controls into network, application, and data layers. Conduct architecture reviews , threat modeling , and security risk assessments . ?? Cloud & Infrastructure Security Define and enforce cloud security frameworks (IAM, encryption, zero trust, workload protection). Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to embed security-by-design principles in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Recommend and evaluate security technologies and vendor tools for architecture alignment. ?? Governance, Risk, & Compliance Ensure alignment with security frameworks and standards: ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, PCI DSS . Participate in defining security policies, procedures, and architecture governance . Work closely with GRC and compliance teams to ensure design meets audit and regulatory expectations. ?? Technical Leadership Act as a trusted security advisor to IT and business stakeholders. Lead architecture and design discussions for new solutions or transformations. Provide security guidance and mentorship to technical and engineering teams. Required Skills & Experience ? Experience: 7?10 years in IT / Cybersecurity, with at least 3+ years in a security architecture or senior cybersecurity engineering role. Proven record designing secure solutions across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise systems. ? Technical Expertise: Cloud Security Architecture (IAM, encryption, network segmentation, zero trust). Network & Application Security, SIEM, DLP, Endpoint Protection. Container & API Security (Docker, Kubernetes, microservices). DevSecOps, Secure SDLC, and automation of security controls. ? Frameworks & Compliance: ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI DSS. ? Certifications (Preferred): CISSP , CCSP , TOGAF , SABSA , CISM , or AWS/Azure Security Specialist .
