About SARC Global

SARC Global Advisory Services is a multidisciplinary advisory firm with 40+ years of heritage, 100+ partners, and 500+ professionals across India, UK, USA, Singapore, and UAE. Our cybersecurity practice is anchored by a strategic partnership with ColorTokens for microsegmentation and is rapidly expanding to serve BFSI, government, and large enterprise clients across India. We are building a world-class cybersecurity delivery capability from the ground up and this role is at the centre of that mission.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery & Services Lead to own and build our entire cybersecurity services delivery engine. This is not a role where you inherit a running team, you will be the founding delivery leader, responsible for standing up the practice, hiring your team, and delivering end-to-end cybersecurity engagements for marquee clients. If you’ve spent 12+ years delivering cybersecurity projects at a Wipro, TCS, Mindtree, Deloitte, PwC, or similar, and you’re ready to build something from scratch with real ownership and equity upside, this is it.

Role Overview

The Delivery & Services Lead will be responsible for three core pillars:

1.  Implementation & Deployment

  • Own end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity implementation projects including microsegmentation (ColorTokens Xshield), zero trust architecture, network security, endpoint protection, identity & access management, SIEM/SOAR, and cloud security deployments
  • Lead solution design, scoping, project planning, resource allocation, and delivery execution for client engagements ranging from mid-market to large enterprise and BFSI
  • Manage delivery timelines, budgets, quality, and client expectations across multiple concurrent engagements
  • Build and maintain delivery playbooks, SOPs, project templates, and quality frameworks for repeatable, scalable delivery
  • Interface with OEM/technology partners (ColorTokens, and others) for technical escalations, certifications, and joint delivery

2.  Managed Services & Operations

  • Design, build, and operate managed security services offerings including SOC-as-a-Service, managed detection & response (MDR), vulnerability management, compliance monitoring, and incident response retainers
  • Establish SLA frameworks, incident response runbooks, escalation matrices, and operational KPIs for managed services clients
  • Oversee 24x7 operations readiness, including shift planning, L1/L2/L3 support structures, and tooling (SIEM, SOAR, ticketing)
  • Drive client retention and upsell through proactive service reviews, threat intelligence briefings, and continuous improvement recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including RBI cybersecurity framework, CERT-In directives, SEBI guidelines, and DPDP Act for clients in regulated industries

3.  Team Building & Practice Development

  • Hire, mentor, and build a high-performing cybersecurity delivery team from the ground up — including project managers, security architects, SOC analysts, implementation engineers, and support engineers
  • Define career paths, training programs, and certification roadmaps (CISSP, CISM, CEH, ColorTokens certifications) for team members
  • Collaborate with the CEO and business development team on pre-sales support, solution presentations, RFP responses, and client proposals
  • Contribute to thought leadership — whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and conference presentations to position SARC as a credible cybersecurity services player
  • Own P&L responsibility for the cybersecurity delivery function, including revenue targets, margin management, and utilization metrics

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Background:

  • 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity services delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams of 15+ professionals
  • Proven track record at a major IT services company (Wipro, TCS, Infosys, HCL, Mindtree, Tech Mahindra, Mphasis) or Big 4 / consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture)
  • Hands-on experience delivering cybersecurity projects for BFSI, government, or large enterprise clients in India
  • Experience building and scaling managed security services / SOC operations from scratch or in early-stage environments
  • Strong understanding of Indian regulatory compliance landscape — RBI IT governance framework, CERT-In incident reporting, SEBI cybersecurity circulars, DPDP Act

Technical Expertise:

  • Network Security - Microsegmentation (ColorTokens Xshield preferred, or Illumio, Guardicore)
  • Zero Trust Architecture design and implementation
  • Endpoint security, IAM, PAM, DLP, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • SIEM/SOAR platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, Cortex XSOAR)
  • Vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and security audit methodologies
  • Familiarity with frameworks: NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK

Certifications (preferred, not mandatory):

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent
  • PMP or PRINCE2 (for delivery management)
  • ITIL v4 (for managed services)

Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building in a greenfield environment without legacy processes or large support structures
  • Strong client-facing skills — ability to interface with CISOs, CIOs, and IT heads of large organizations
  • Team builder — demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and retain cybersecurity talent in a competitive market
  • Commercial acumen — understands margins, utilization, billing models, and SLA-driven commercial constructs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Why SARC Global?

  • Founding team role - you’re not joining a 500-person cybersecurity practice; you’re building one. Your decisions will shape the practice for years to come
  • Equity participation -  meaningful ownership stake in the company’s growth, not just a salary
  • Marquee client access - SARC’s advisory relationships and strategic advisors open doors to India’s largest banks, PSUs, and enterprises
  • Strategic OEM partnership -  ColorTokens microsegmentation as the anchor technology, with freedom to expand into adjacent cybersecurity domains
  • 40+ year advisory heritage - the credibility and trust of a multi-decade firm, with the agility of a startup
  • Multi-geography presence - India, UK, USA, Singapore, UAE with expansion plans
