The Cyber Risk Management Analyst is responsible for operating the processes and tooling that underpin the assessment and quantification of cyber risk, enabling risk insights to be operationally embedded into cyber security processes. Specifically:

JOB PURPOS
Role
At Unilever, we believe in doing work that matters - for people and the planet. This role sits with the Global Digital and Technology (GDT) Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) team. This team is the 2nd line of defence and plays an important role in protecting the business by:
- Identifying and assessing technology and cyber risks.
- Ensuring the appropriate controls and standards to mitigate those risks are published.
- Assuring that those controls are being operated.
- Identifying control gaps, ensuring risks are being treated and facilitating the prioritization of the remediation of control gaps (based on risk)
- Holding the mirror up to the organisation and reporting the risk and control posture.
Key Responsibilities
The Cyber Risk Management Analyst is responsible for operating the processes and tooling that underpin the assessment and quantification of cyber risk, enabling risk insights to be operationally embedded into cyber security processes. Specifically:
- Support the development, operation, and maintenance of our asset risk assessment processes and models.
- Using a risk-led and threat informed approach, support the wider organisation in executing cyber risk assessments across Unilever’s business processes, technology, and people in line with the Cyber Risk Management Framework.
- Help teams across the business understand and apply risk assessment practices, ensuring our approach is consistent and effective.
- Manage requirements and change requests for systems that support risk assessment.
- Create and deliver clear guidelines and training to empower colleagues to use risk models confidently.
- Maintain templates, models, and a central repository for cyber risk assessments.
- Work closely with other cyber security teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Collaborate with colleagues from different backgrounds and locations, supporting a truly global business.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in presenting ideas and solutions.
- Ability to work with colleagues around the world.
- Creativity and adaptability when working with evolving requirements.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment.
- An interest in cyber security and risk management.
- Experience in cyber or technical risk management.
- Understanding of global best practice standards in Cyber Security (e.g. NIST,
- Understanding of how organisations manage risk and ensure transparency.
- Experience in cyber risk assessment methodologies and/or risk quantification
