Customer Success Associate (International BFSI) | Gurugram | Work From OfficeAbout the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our international BFSI support team as Customer Success Associates. This is a blended role involving both voice and chat support, where you'll assist customers with financial and tax-related queries while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Work From Office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 (based on relevant experience)

Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts (including night shifts)

Working Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Weekly Offs

Cab Facility: Available within the hiring zone

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer interactions through inbound voice and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with tax-related investment reports, annual tax certificates, capital gains, dividend tax withholding, and other financial documentation.
  • Provide accurate information on financial products and applicable tax regulations.
  • Deliver prompt and professional resolutions while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve key performance metrics, including Quality Scores, Average Handling Time (AHT), and productivity targets.
  • Effectively manage multiple customer interactions in a high-volume environment.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Graduate (Commerce or Finance background preferred).
  • Minimum 6–12 months of BFSI experience is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in Taxation, Tax Documentation, or Investment Tax Reporting is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
  • Comfortable handling both voice calls and chat support simultaneously.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
