As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers, coordinating bookings, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries

✅ Assist customers with bookings and trip-related support

✅ Coordinate with drivers and vendors

✅ Resolve customer complaints and escalations

✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

✅ Deliver a high-quality customer experience

Requirements

✔ Good communication skills in Hindi

✔ Basic English communication skills

✔ Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and mobile apps

✔ Customer service experience preferred

✔ Experience in travel, taxi, logistics, or mobility industry is a plus
