Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist role based in Thane. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer queries across various channels, provide product information, and resolve order and service issues promptly. Responsibilities include logging and tracking cases, coordinating with internal teams to address technical or order-related concerns, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves explaining policies clearly, identifying recurring issues, and suggesting improvements to processes and FAQs. The specialist will also support basic troubleshooting for customers, maintain accurate records, and uphold a professional and empathetic tone in all interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience managing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication with diverse customers.
- Ability to provide Technical Support and basic troubleshooting for common product or order-related problems.
- Solid Analytical Skills to identify patterns in customer feedback, prioritize issues, and suggest process improvements.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Comfort working with CRM or ticketing systems and standard office software.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, or e-commerce, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
