Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Delhi Area for a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer communications via email, phone, and chat, troubleshooting concerns, addressing product queries, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues. You will also analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and problem-solving
  • Experience with Technical Support and the ability to handle troubleshooting and product-related queries
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in managing communication across various channels, including email, phone, and live chat
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role or related position is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills is an advantage
