About the Company

A leading European manufacturer is establishing its India shared-services centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its support team. You will support business customers and internal partners across regions, helping a long-established company run smoothly from India. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will own a portfolio of accounts and queries, resolve issues with care, and become the dependable point of contact customers come back to.

Key Responsibilities

Account Support

• Resolve product, order, and account queries across email and chat
• Own a set of accounts and build trusted, ongoing relationships
• Document interactions and keep account records accurate

Coordination & Quality

• Work with sales, operations, and technical teams on resolutions
• Maintain service standards and contribute to support documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in customer support, account support, or a service role
• Clear written and spoken English and a methodical approach
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• A reliable remote-work setup and comfort with support tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B, manufacturing, or shared-services environment
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools
• Comfort with a partial European time-zone overlap
