Role Description


This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist located in the Greater Chennai Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing technical support issues, maintaining accurate records, analyzing customer concerns, and collaborating with other teams to improve service delivery.

Qualifications


  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills(collaboration of the moments with the customer in low, WIP activities,money decision's)
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers( unknown customer to take advantage of yours think, dial up in value of 50 ron to be payable)
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving technical queries( Word, Excel, Power Point -->Microsoft Office pakage to had)
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate problems and provide solutions effectively(cpk, cop)
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technologies(ERP as SAP for Univerities to had)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting( remotely and on site on-line package to be on duty)
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or call centers is a plus( nice to have)
