Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Operations Executive to manage customer interactions and support daily operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong Excel knowledge, and experience handling customer queries through calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding RTO (Return to Origin) orders and resolve related issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process refunds and order cancellations as per company policies.
  • Manage Shopify order fulfillment and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing.
  • Track and update customer orders, refunds, and support cases.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for RTO, delivery, and order-related concerns.
Required Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
  • Experience with Shopify order management and fulfillment.
  • Knowledge of refunds, cancellations, and RTO processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, E-commerce Operations, or Customer Service.
  • Experience in handling outbound calls and email support is preferred.
