Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat; resolve requests accurately and within SLA.
- Log, update, and manage tickets in the ticketing system; prioritize and escalate issues per process guidelines.
- Guide customers through onboarding, account setup, troubleshooting, and product/platform navigation.
- Create and update knowledge-base articles and standard operating procedures to reduce repeat contacts.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.
