wWe are hiring for the TUI – Travel Process, a blended customer support role (Chat & Voice). This role involves assisting customers with travel-related queries while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience

.



📌 Key Responsibilitie

s• Handle customer queries via voice and chat channel

s• Assist with bookings, cancellations, and amendment

s• Provide accurate information on travel policies and service

s• Ensure high-quality customer experience and SLA adherenc

e• Maintain proper documentation and complianc

e



✅ Eligibility Criteri

a• Minimum 6 months of experience in Airline/Travel Industry (Mandatory

)• Graduate / Undergraduat

e• Excellent verbal & written communication (C1 Level

)• Typing speed: 35 WPM+ with 90% accurac

y• Comfortable working in a blended process (Chat & Voice

)• Flexible for rotational shift
