Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Mumbai. The role entails engaging directly with customers and resolving inquiries related to SOFU’s logistics services.



Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email, calls
  • Share pricing, timelines, and process details
  • Coordinate with warehouse & accounts team
  • Send invoices and follow up on payments
  • Provide tracking updates and resolve issues
  • Maintain customer records and order details


Requirements

  • 1–2 years in customer support / operations
  • Strong communication (written + verbal)
  • Ability to handle multiple chats efficiently
  • Basic understanding of logistics is a plus
