Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Support Executive based in Coimbatore. You will be responsible for supporting customer communication, order coordination, and sales activities while building strong relationships with clients.

You will:

• Handle customer support and respond to client queries.
• Assist in order coordination, order tracking, and communication with customers.
• Support sales activities, including basic follow-ups and reporting.
• Apply a basic understanding of wire harness products in day-to-day work.
• Use Excel and basic CRM tools for order and client data management.

You have:

• 0–1 year of experience in customer support or sales.
• A post degree (MBA in marketing).
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of wire harness products (preferred).
• Good computer skills (Excel, CRM, MS Office).

Extra points if you also:

• Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Have prior exposure to B2B customer support or sales.
• Are proactive and able to work independently.
