Role Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Company: Learningshala
Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (WFO)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (in-hand)
- Note :- 6 months – 1 year of experience in a Customer Care / Customer Support profile is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist students with queries related to courses, admissions, and services
- Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Generate leads and student references through regular customer interactions and follow-ups
- Maintain and update student data, call logs, and lead details in the CRM system
- Build strong relationships with existing students to improve satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Identify re-registration or renewal opportunities and close them, with sales responsibility limited to approximately 20% only
- Meet service quality standards, reference generation goals, and basic conversion targets
