Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries and concerns.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone while interacting with customers.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
  • Follow company policies and call quality standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
