Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries and concerns.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone while interacting with customers.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies and call quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
