Role Summary


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our growing customer experience team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries efficiently while delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
  • Understand customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic interaction.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.


Role Requirements


  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Customer Support / Customer Experience.
  • Good proficiency in English
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic during customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in voice customer support.
  • Experience working with ticketing/CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
