Norlox is looking for highly motivated Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless support experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a candidate-centric approach.

·        Handle inbound and outbound support requests via calls and emails.

·        Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

·        Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and resolutions.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

·        Ability to multitask and perform basic technical troubleshooting.
