About the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Support Associate to manage customer interactions for our growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) home appliances brand.
You will be responsible for handling customer calls, guiding product usage, resolving queries, and coordinating technician visits for service issues.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-growing startup environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Supportβ’ Handle inbound customer calls related to product usage and support
β’ Guide customers on how to use products properly
β’ Resolve common customer queries related to installation, operation, and troubleshooting
Service Coordinationβ’ Register service complaints in the ticketing system
β’ Arrange technician visits to customer homes for repairs or service
β’ Coordinate with service partners to ensure quick issue resolution
Ticket Managementβ’ Manage customer tickets through internal support tools
β’ Track complaint status and follow up until resolution
β’ Maintain proper records of customer issues and service updates
Customer Experienceβ’ Ensure a smooth and professional customer support experience
β’ Escalate complex issues to internal technical teams when required
β’ Help improve customer satisfaction and brand trust
Requirementsβ’ Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
β’ 0β2 years experience in customer support, call center, or service coordination
β’ Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
β’ Good Hindi and English communication skills (regional language is a plus)
β’ Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM tools)
β’ Problem-solving mindset and patience while handling customers
