About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Support Associate for a high-touch, customer-facing role focused on customer experience, query resolution, and end-to-end lifestyle and home operations support.
This is not a backend or ticket-only role. You will act as a dedicated point of contact, managing customer requests, coordinating home and lifestyle operations, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, requests, and concerns across calls, chat, and email
- Provide timely and accurate query resolution with a strong customer-first approach
- Manage day-to-day lifestyle and home operations (scheduling, appointments, travel bookings, service coordination)
- Coordinate with internal teams, home staff, and external vendors for seamless execution
- Oversee end-to-end request handling, including follow-ups, tracking, and closures
- Maintain customer records, interaction logs, and service trackers
- Handle escalations, complaints, and urgent requests with professionalism
- Ensure SLA adherence, response time, and resolution quality
- Support customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and ownership
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Client Servicing, or Operations roles
- Experience handling customer queries, escalations, and service requests
- Immediate joiners only (strict requirement)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and coordination platforms
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage multiple ongoing requests
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and customer handling skills
Good to Have
- Experience in voice process, non-voice process, or blended customer support roles
- Exposure to ticketing systems, SLAs, escalation handling, and service operations
- Experience managing high-expectation customers or coordination-heavy roles
Role Details
- Location: Gurgaon
- Work Type: Full-time, in-office
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Shifts: Rotational
