Job Type: Full-time

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily shipment tracking and delivery monitoring

  Manage NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and RTO (Return to Origin) operations

Coordinate with courier partners for escalations and issue resolution

Respond to customer delivery-related queries and complaints

 Ensure SLA timelines are maintained across all orders

 Follow up on delayed, lost, damaged, or stuck shipments

Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for smooth dispatches

 Maintain order status updates and escalation reports

  Improve customer delivery experience and reduce delivery failures

Perferred Background:

Candidates with prior experience in Shiprocket, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Amazon logistics support, or D2C operations will be preferred


Skills Required:

Strong communication skills in English & Hindi

Good understanding of courier and logistics operations

Experience in shipment escalation handling

Ability to work in a fast-paced D2C environment

Basic Excel and operational reporting knowledge

Problem-solving mindset with ownership attitude
