Role Description The Customer Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate products and services to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling walk-in and inbound inquiries, conducting follow-ups via phone or email, preparing quotations, and managing orders through to completion. The specialist will maintain accurate customer records, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support, and assist in basic training or product demonstrations for customers when needed. The role also includes monitoring sales performance, providing feedback to management, and contributing to local sales initiatives and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, build rapport, and support customers effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills and Training abilities to convert leads, present solutions, and guide customers on product use when required.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to understand customer behavior, track sales metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Candidates should have good organizational and time management skills to manage multiple customers, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
- Relevant experience in retail, FMCG, or service-based sales is preferred; familiarity with CRM tools or basic MS Office is beneficial.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced customer-oriented environment.
