Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Executive located in Raipur. The Customer Success Executive will focus on customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent customer support and account management. Daily tasks include understanding and addressing customer needs, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with teams to enhance service quality. The executive will also handle escalations, ensure seamless communication, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to maximize customer success.
Qualifications
Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
Proficiency in Customer Support and Account Management
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle escalations and provide effective solutions
Experience in Telecom Applications or call center solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
