Customer Success Executive (2–3 Years) | SaaS
Join a fast-growing SaaS company in the Customer Experience (CX) space and be part of a high-impact team driving client success and retention.
Role Overview
Manage end-to-end client onboarding and platform implementation
Act as the primary point of contact for clients
Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions
Track client satisfaction (1, 3, 6 months) and improve experience
Drive client engagement, retention & reduce churn
Conduct product training and ensure feature adoption
