We need results-driven HR Executive with higher focus on ‘Talent Acquisition’
Essential Skills
Expertise in headhunting and in attracting high-performing candidates not
hunting for a job (passive candidates).
Excellent communication skills.

The Role
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Use modern sourcing techniques and AI-powered tools to build a highperforming
workforce.
Be good communicator who can champion the NEW ERA brand – along the
seamless process and offering positive experience for every candidate.
Working with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with department heads to
understand skill needs, align recruitment with business goals.
Onboarding & Integration: Manage the transition from candidate to employee,
coordinating orientation sessions to ensure new hires are fully integrated into
the NEW ERA culture.
Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate data, use systems, ensure all
hiring practices comply with local labour laws & standards.
Maintain recruitment Indicators: Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality-of-
Hiring.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience: An experience of 1 Year+ in full-cycle recruitment/ talent acquisition.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with a ‘HR Software Platform’.
Knowledge: Sufficient Understanding of employment laws and statutory
compliances.
