Client Success Manager - Vacation Rental Portfolio

Florida Vacation Collection  |  Remote (Florida preferred)  |  Full-Time

 

You'll be the main point of contact for our property owners - running check-ins, sending updates, and keeping them informed.

 

Florida Vacation Collection manages 90+ luxury vacation rentals across Florida. Once an owner signs on with us, you're their main point of contact. You make sure they feel taken care of, stay informed, and never have to chase us for answers.

This role is all about communication. If you're someone who's naturally good with people, responds fast, and knows how to keep clients happy without being told what to do, keep reading.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

- Be the primary point of contact for property owners after they sign on with FVC

- Run weekly check-in calls with owners to keep them updated and address any concerns

- Send weekly performance updates: occupancy, revenue, guest feedback

- Set expectations during onboarding by scheduling alignment calls and defining KPIs

- Proactively flag issues to owners before they have to ask. Beat them to the problem.

- Answer owner questions quickly and accurately. Responsiveness is everything in this role.

- Coordinate with the ops and sales teams after every client interaction so everyone stays aligned

- When an owner is unhappy, you get on a call, listen, and fix it

 

Who You Are

- You're a strong communicator. You know how to talk to people, listen to what they actually need, and keep them informed without being asked.

- You're the most responsive person on the team. When a client reaches out, you handle it. Fast.

- You take initiative. If you sense something is off, you address it before the client brings it up.

- You're organized and reliable. Follow-ups don't slip, calls don't get missed, updates go out on time.

- You've worked in a client-facing role before (account management, customer success, hospitality, property management). Bonus if you have a sales background.

- You're comfortable on the phone and on video calls. This is a relationship role, not an email-only role.

 

Compensation

- $50-60k base salary (based on experience) + performance bonus

- Remote with Florida preference
