Ketjen is hiring for a Customer Service Representative. This position is Hybrid and follows a removability schedule and in-office located in Hungary-BP-Budapest (BUD).

Ketjen is hiring for a Customer Service Representative. This position is Hybrid and follows a removability schedule and in-office located in Hungary-BP-Budapest (BUD).
What You Will Do
- Receive & enter order into processing system and confirm shipments (managing EMEA Order to Cash activities)
- Keeping Customers updated on the status of their Purchase Orders.
- Follow -up on deliveries of products with supply chain/Customer, to insure on-time invoicing
- Interfacing internally (sales, Business Management SCM, etc.) and externally (customers, agents, terminals, warehouses, freight forwarders, etc.).
- Working closely with Sales team to manage the accounts as well as actively participate in onboarding new customers.
- Prepare and check required documents necessary for transport, customs, shipping and coordinate intercompany orders (if applicable)
- Acting as first point of contact for all levels of assigned accounts and managing all aspects of processing any customer requests
Required:
- College or university degree preferably in Business/Economy/Supply Chain
- 5+ years relevant work experience - knowledge of Albemarle business an advantage
- Proactive and independent problem-solving skills, with excellent organizing and time management skills
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Workday, SAP is an advantage)
- Ensuring Process Compliant and high quality of day-to-day operation.
- Knowledge of Albemarle/Ketjen product and services an advantage
