Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Associate specializing in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. The role is based in Gurugram and involves engaging with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure optimal customer satisfaction. A successful candidate will focus on fostering customer relationships, driving retention, and performing analyses to enhance service delivery and improve the overall customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Customer Retention strategies and understanding customer needs
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Knowledge of the BFSI sector and customer success best practices is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
