ob Title: E-commerce Customer Support Executive

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who has basic knowledge of Razorpay, GoKwik, and Shopify. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing order-related processes, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with order placement and product-related queries.
  • Handle order cancellations, refunds, and return requests efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage orders through Shopify.
  • Address payment-related queries through Razorpay and GoKwik.
  • Track order status and ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Shopify, Razorpay, and GoKwik.
  • Understanding of order processing workflows in e-commerce.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
  • Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Someone with hands-on experience with Shopify order management.
  • Familiarity with online payment gateways and checkout systems.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple customer requests.

Experience:

0–2 years (Freshers with basic knowledge can also apply)
