Job Description
First Cube for Information Technology is pleased to announce a job opening for the position of Customer Service Specialist, to join our team and work in a motivating environment with continuous development opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Follow up on customer requests and complaints and accurately document them using CRM systems.
- Provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and high service quality.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quick and efficient responses.
- Adhere to approved customer service policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in marketing and customer service.
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills and professional customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Saudi nationality is required.
