Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • Receive and manage customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Follow up on customer requests and complaints and accurately document them using CRM systems.
  • Provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and high service quality.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quick and efficient responses.
  • Adhere to approved customer service policies and procedures.


Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in marketing and customer service.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication skills and professional customer-handling abilities.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Saudi nationality is required.
