Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist is based in Surat. The role involves providing exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience. Responsibilities include answering customer calls, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and delivering support with efficiency and empathy. The specialist will act as a key point of contact, ensuring customer needs are met and feedback is effectively communicated within the team to enhance overall service quality.
