This role supports air import and export bookings, customer coordination, and end‑to‑end shipment monitoring to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient cargo movement.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Coordination
- Handle customer inquiries for air import and export bookings in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with clients, overseas partners, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipment requirements.
- Provide accurate quotations, schedule options, and service information to customers.
- Ensure all customer instructions and documentation requirements are properly communicated and executed.
Shipment Monitoring & Operations
- Monitor shipments from booking to final delivery, ensuring smooth movement and resolving any issues proactively.
- Track flight schedules, cargo availability, and status updates for customers.
- Coordinate with airlines, brokers, and warehouse operators for cargo release, billing, and documentation.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and validate documents such as air waybills, invoices, arrival notices, and release instructions.
- Ensure compliance with customs, airline regulations, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records in the system and prepare reports as needed.
Problem Solving & Service Recovery
- Manage delays, exceptions, or service concerns professionally.
- Escalate critical issues promptly and provide effective solutions to customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and consistent follow‑ups.
Qualifications
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or air cargo operations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of air import/export processes, shipping documentation, or airline booking platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
- Good attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to long-term career growth.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with freight systems is a plus.
