Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for delivering a seamless and high-quality customer experience across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented, ensuring every interaction reflects the VegNonVeg brand ethos.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer queries across email, chat, and social media platforms
- Manage and resolve customer escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, effective solutions
- Handle refunds, returns, and order-related concerns with strong attention to detail
- Maintain clear, consistent communication aligned with the brand tone
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, etc.) to resolve issues efficiently
- Build trust and long-term relationships through empathetic and proactive support
- Ensure every customer interaction results in a positive experience
- Strong customer service, customer satisfaction, and customer experience skills
- Prior experience in customer support or handling customer interactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Familiarity with retail or e-commerce operations is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in customer service are a bonus)
- A customer-first mindset with attention to detail
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in sneakers, fashion, and culture is a must
- Experience Required: 2–3 years in a relevant customer service or support role
