Customer Service Representative

  • Salary Package- 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA


Responsibilities :-


  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Providing complete information about the product to the customer.
  • Solving all product or service related issues of the customers.
  • Preparing the Customer Service Guidelines and Keeping a Record of the Customers
  • Giving the right pitch to the potential customers, so they end up buying the product or availing the services.
  • Maintaining and updating the information of the customers regularly.
  • Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers.
  • Making products and services reports by collecting and analyzing the information provided by the customers.


Qualifications and Experience


  • Graduation.
  • Fresher and Experienced
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English language.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
