What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 15 years of experience as a leader in the pharmaceutical industry; has successfully led sales and marketing teams
✅ Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and coach sales and marketing leads
✅ Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
✅ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Experience in strategic planning and execution
✅ Has experience in overseeing ethical pharma business especially respiratory portfolio
