We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Graduate Freshers to join our International Voice & Chat process in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the BPO industry, where you will interact with international customers, resolve their queries, and provide a seamless customer experience through voice and chat support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and chat.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism.
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and productivity metrics.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate freshers are eligible to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Candidates with prior BPO experience may also apply.

Work Schedule

• 5 days working
• 2 rotational weekly offs
• Rotational shifts (as per business requirements)
