What You’ll Be Doing

• Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
• Supporting and guiding hiring managers through our group selection process
• Building and maintaining talent pools
• Supporting social media campaigns to attract top talent
• Proactively sourcing candidates for vacancies
• Managing your own portfolio of roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and applicants
• Delivering recruitment campaigns on key vacancies
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a resourcing or recruitment role (agency or in-house)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload with professionalism and care
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
