Job Description

The ideal candidate loves talking to people, has knack for sales/customer service and proactively answer sales/support queries. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred).
  • Work experience (voice/chat/non-voice) (minimum 1 year or above) specifically in Sales Process/Customer service/BPO.
  • Excellent negotiation, customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organizes, and prioritizes work.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending and addressing support/sales enquiries via phone, email and chat.
  • Maintaining high sales conversion of sales enquiries on Inbound/Outbound calls.
  • To gain product knowledge by handling support tasks before moving into sales.
  • Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction on support enquiries via inbound calls/chats.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and answering customer queries.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
